The sunny coast of the Costa Blanca extended for 240 km from the north to the south, from Denia to Torrevieja was recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the best areas for living in the world. The sun shines here for more than 300 days a year, one can walk on the white sand of environmentally safe blue beaches and enjoy the views of calm blue sea that warms up to 28°C in summertime.

Altea

Located on the slopes of Sierra de Bernia Altea had transitioned from the small fishing village to a popular resort town of a well-developed infrastructure. In the 60s the town began to attract writers, musicians, painters. And you can perceive the intense bohemian spirit reflected in the showcases of antique shops that revives in Palau Altea Center d’Arts concert hall, a center and art galleries. This town is a one of the Orthodox centers in Spain, in 2005 the San Miguel temple which was constructed according to Russian architecture canons was consecrated here.

A walk along the streets of Altea truly inspires for a creativity by views of cobblestone streets and stairs, picturesque flowers, torsade wrought plaques and balconies, low white houses. The new buildings harmoniously merge with the old constructions (in Altea there is a prohibition to construct buildings above 4 floors).

Extended on the hills Altea reveals us a magnificent Mediterranean view. The houses are drowning in a greenery around here. The city is growing and more and more exclusive houses with large terraces and pools are appearing here.

Altea Hills

The Altea Hills urbanization also belongs to Altea but in the fact it is in a few kilometers far from the town towards Calpe. This is a completely new exclusive urban area with a banking department, shops, restaurants, tennis courts, golf clubs. The famous yacht club Luis Campomanes is located here.

The grounds of Altea Hills is closed, only homeowners and the guests of urbanization can enter here with special passes. The comfortable residential complexes with a modern good taste architecture are constantly being built here. The majority of them are constructed according to unique design projects.

The celebrities from all over the world choose Althea Hills, the wealthy people who are willing to enjoy their loneliness and pure sea air every day. Nearly a third of inhabitants of urbanization are Russians. Also, the dwellings are often being bought by Germans, Belgians, Dutch, Scandinavians.

Calpe

Calpe just like Altea was a fishing village. Benidorm

This resort city is widely known among the tourists as the “Spanish Rio de Janeiro”. Here the streets are filled with the bars and restaurants with sparkling lights of discos and nightclubs. Benidorm receives annually the indie festival Benidorm Low Cost Festival. There are shopping centers in the town, three water parks and many theme parks including the famous Terra Mitica.

There are six beaches around Benidorm. Poniente beach meets the highest environmental standards of the blue flag and is fully equipped for family pastimes.

Benidorm is excellent for a people who desire to feel the feast of life every day and for advanced youth and active young families.

Albir

Until the middle of the 19th century Albir was a suburb of Benidorm. In 1863, he gained independence and outlined his boundaries. Now it is a quiet town where families with children prefer to buy the real estate. It has a pure air, beautiful nature, no industry. There is a famous SHA Wellness Spa Clinic in the town. For fan hanging out you can easily get to Benidorm in five minutes by car.

The prices for a houses and apartments in Albir are affordable. Most of the housings for sale have been built recently and are in good conditions. There aren’t houses with more than five floors to preserve a seaside view from any point of the town and to arrange the sunny grounds for the greeneries. That’s why the houses in Albir are so decorated with gardens, vineyards and parks.
